Normally I have good experiences here but this time I felt like my son and I were rushed. The barber didnt want to comb out my sons hair. Instead he tried to shape it with the knots anyways. Then he started sending my son out of the chair after 30 minutes without it even looking done. When I asked him to cut a little bit more off the top he seemed highly annoyed. My son left with his hair so uneven with cut pieces of curls just falling off his head. I drove for almost 2 hours there and back so you can say that im very disappointed. Now I have to try to fix it up myself. IMO a paying customer should not feel like they should just sit back and keep their mouth shut! Service is not like how it used to be.
Terrible experience!!!! My 5 year old son got absolutely massacred. It's like they put a bowl on his head and chopped his hair with an axe! Stay away!!!! Especially your children!
